Can I request my current postpaid line to be converted to a regular line (sim only). The line is currently used internationally however, I was advised that Plan 1799- unlisurf +800 consumable load cannot be used outside the Philippines. Can I convert it to a sim only postpaid line so I can still register to Power roam and I'll just request for a new no. for the plan 1799 that I can continue using here in the Philippines.
Looking forward for your response. Thank you in advance

Yu can change your plan as long as you are not under contract.
Are you here in the Philippines and the sim is abroad?
If so, why not tell the user abroad just to get a country based sim? It would be cheaper that way rather than roaming with a Globe number even with a promo.
You may have that sim deactivated and just get yourself another sim here in the Philippines with the same number and subscription and take advantage of the plan. You get the best rates of both worlds by doing so.

It is still under contract and is currently used abroad. I wasn't aware that the 800 consumable load is not applicable for roaming. Maybe i'll just get the same sim activated here in the Philippines instead and will just use a regular sim for the roaming.
Thanks for the reply
