Is it a new subscription? Maybe the sim is not yet activated and will usually do so within 24 to 48 hours.
Within that time span, try to turn off then turn on your phone once in a while.

You may call the hotline to forward follow up on your newline activation.
Or to verify if its really not yet active.

Please try as well to manual select network
settings> carrier> turn off AUTO> choose GLOBE.
I tried going to settings>carrier>turn off automatic. but i keeps on searching and never really found anything. I'll try your suggestion on following up through the hotline and check if the sim card is really activated.
