I applied for a globe Postpaid plan via Online. The next day, I recieved an E-mail and a call from a Globe sales personel, who is Ms. Angel. We had a small conversation about my plan. We agreed to make some adjustment about it. She asked me the requirements and I submitted it on the same day. She said my application was approved and I should wait for the Creditor's call within 24hrs. What I want now is to have any feedback about my application. I tried to send an E-mail to her and didn't recieve any feedback. How long should I wait for the Creditor's call?

Has it been past the 24 hours that Ms. Angel told you? YOur process has been a big improvement if we were to base the reports of people in this community.
The SSG (Standard Spiel of Globe) for any feedback, result, call back etc is 24-48 hours but in reality may take weeks. We are just being realistic here but we wish that they would stick to their word and who knows... Globe ,may be sincere in improving customer service.

I am waitng for almost 96 hrs now. True! I am a bit feel happy about my application when I saw some blogs and threads about their experiences in applying for a plan. I think it is also because of Ms. Angel too. But for now, status please.

Patience is a virtue when dealing with Globe though some people may disagree. It might take time but they will call you. You might want to exert extra effort by calling them up once in a while to make the necessary follow up. Why not ask the help of Ms. Angel? Perhaps she would be more than willing to make the follow up from you.

could i still apply for 299 postpaid plan if i only have a company id, certificate of employment and a pay slip?
Yes, you can still apply. One more requirement is Proof of Billing unless your address is printed in your Company ID. If you are a Line Only applicant, just present a valid ID as outline in the Help and Support.
