  • To know if your location has 4G/3G coverage, you may refer to this link: Network | Globe Telecom
  • Phones or tablets that aren’t 3G/4G-capable won’t be able to use 3G/4G signal. In addition, not all handsets have the same receiver sensitivity, settings and configuration, and these affect signal detection.
  • The signal also depends on congestion (or how many customers are connected to the network the same time as you are), so you may experience 2G (EDGE) signal from time to time, even in areas with 3G/4G coverage. Rest assured that if you’ve previously experienced 3G or 4G signal in your area, you’ll still be able to enjoy these latest enhancements for your mobile data experience.
