How to join and who are eligible to join?

I. The campaign is open to all Consumer Globe Postpaid customers nationwide who are currently not enrolled in Autopay facility.

 

II. The customer may join the campaign by enrolling their Globe Postpaid to Autopay facility from February 16 to March 15, 2015.

 

III. Customers may enroll through the following channels:

 

IV. Customers who sign up for Autopay facility during the campaign period will receive an SMS informing them that they have received a bonus Globe Rewards points.

 

V. The existing Terms and Conditions for Globe Rewards redemption shall apply.  Customers need to settle their overdue balance to redeem points.

1. What is Auto-Pay Payment Facility?

  • Auto Pay is a payment facility that allows your Globe monthly dues to be automatically charged to your enrolled credit card every month. Auto Pay is a hassle-free bill payment facility.

 

2. What is the advantage if I enroll in AutoPay now?

  • If you enroll in AutoPay facility now; you will receive 100 bonus Globe Rewards points which you could use as cash from our partner merchants. Learn more here: www.globe.com.ph/rewards.

 

3. If I enroll more than once during the promo period for the same account, how many points will I receive?

  • Sorry, but you will only receive 100 points.

 

4. How do I join the reward campaign?

  • To join, just enroll your Globe accounts to Auto Pay facility from Feb 16 to March 15, 2015. You can enroll through Globe website www.globe.com.ph/autopay, Globe Store, Globe Hotline and bank partners.

 

5. I have been a Globe subscriber for 10 years now. I want to avail the Globe treat, but do not want to enroll my postpaid account in Autopay facility.

  • Sorry, but only customers who enroll their accounts on Autopay facility during the promo period can join and receive the 100 Globe Rewards points.

 

6. How will I know how many points I need to redeem an item?

  • A peso of your bill is equal to 1 point (Php 1 = 1 point). You may redeem using any points value above the minimum points requirement indicated per merchant.

 

7. Is there a transaction fee for in-store redemptions?

  • P1 transaction charge for Globe Prepaid and TM customers. No charge for Globe Postpaid.

 

8. Is there a maximum number of transactions?

  • Yes, you can only do 5 transactions per day.

 

9. What's the keyword for redeeming items from partner merchants?

  • BUY <space> <10-digit mobile # of cashier> <space> <points needed>

 

10. How do I know the mobile # of the cashier?

  • You may get the mobile # of cashier at the counter. Please do your redemption transactions at the counter.

 

11. Can I cancel a redemption transaction?

  • Successful redemption transactions cannot be cancelled.

 

12. Can I transfer points less than the item SRP?

  • Yes, just pay for the balance using cash or credit card.

 

13. Can I redeem more than 1 item from the store?

  • Yes, just add the total points requirement.

 

14. Are their limitations on the products or services I can redeem?

  • You may redeem any product or service available at the store during date of redemption as long as it doesn't coincide with another promo.
