Instead of staying under the blankets at alalahanin ang mga masasayang araw niyo ng ex mo (tapos iiyak-iyak ka diyan), go out and enjoy the rain! Hindi mo kailangang maging bata ulit to do these things. Call your best friend, too, para may kasama ka at hindi ka naman mukhang baliw na naliligo sa ulan mag-isa.

The tendency with the brokenhearteds is, gustong-gusto pa talaga nilang nakikinig sa sad love songs 'pag umuulan. This is something you should stop doing kasi pinapatay mo lang ang sarili mo. Mas lalo mo lang siyang maaalala, mas lalo ka lang maiiyak especially kapag feel na feel mo ang lyrics.

Effective rin ang comedy films, but I suggest you go with suspense. Minsan kasi, when you watch comedies, sa gitna ng pagtawa mo there’s a possibility na maiisip mong sana kasama mo si ex na nano-nood para sabay kayong tumatawa. ‘Di ba?

 

E kapag suspense movies? Wala ka nang pakielam kung ano nang nangyayari sa ex mo ngayon, kasi mas concerned ka sa bidang babae na hinahabol ng killer. And aside from that, ang sarap kayang mag-movie marathon kapag umuulan.

 

 

Dance.

 

Put on some fast music at sumayaw ka na parang walang nakakakita sa ‘yo. It’s a good way to lessen your rainy days sadness.
