Worry no more because the next time you have internet connection issues, you can do these simple steps and get back to surfing in no time:

 

STEP 1: Switch off the modem.

STEP 2: Unplug and re-plug the power adapter. You can also try plugging into another outlet.

STEP 3: Check the cables connected to your modem. Make sure that these are intact and properly connected.

STEP 4: Turn on the modem and wait for about 5 minutes before browsing.
