Hi globe, hope you can do something about my predicament on your signal at our area in San Pedro, Laguna. I am a Globe subscriber since the Year 2010 and from then on I had been requesting for a signal on our area through your customer service and luckily, up to present GLOBE still disregarded my concern.
Just recently, my request for signal with ticket number had been closed even though your end does not take necessary action/s. Per your agent whom I just talked to today, the request had been closed due to the fact that AN AGENT FORWARDED THE REQUEST TO THE WRONG DEPARTMENT! Wow, due to your employees mistake we have to suffer? How good is that. Hope you can do something about this.
