I have been trying to get anybody from Globe to answer my concern about Globe falsely stating my data usage on my fiber connection.  You cannot get anybody to talk sense, the Call center people just hang up when they can't answer, it is useless using Messenger and Globe do not gib=veany email address where you can complain.


Globe just hides behind faceless individuals who couldn't care less and are technically incompetent.


Think I will have to take my custom to someone who really cares.


Has anybody else had any luck getting sense out of Globe?
