I have been receiving text messages where i was erroneously loaded P300. Then the next text is if i could return it with a "passaload" no (i am not naive that it is a passaload).

Where can i report this? I am sick & tired of just deleting & doing nothing. I have done my part as a vigilant customer to report this to your customer service once before. But with the long & tedious process that they gave me.... waste of too much time & effort.

 

For the protection of your other subscribers, can you please, please do something about this. Make your system to report fraud easier and hoping there will be actions taken.
