Hi, My account number is 865691090. For 7 days now I have no access to your internet service. Ihave tried to call your support but to no avail, but what is worst is that your technician who's supposed to fix my internet said taht they tried calling me. I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY CALL OR MISSED A CALL FROM ANY OF YOUR TECHNICIAN. Can you check if your technician really made a call? You should do a better service if you do not want to lose your customers and make sure that your technician are doing their job.
