As the title says, the technicians have failed to show up twice, (same technician) CS reported that I have acknowledged that they have done their job when they have not been to our place even once. His name is Mangaya from Conversa and I have already filed a complain the first time he didn't show up and what's worse is that he wasn't reprimanded and was assigned to us once again.


This guy is a liar and the support group can't seem to do anything about him and my problem, I have no internet for a month now and have been calling them almost everyday but is only met by incompetent customer service representative (as expected from Globe) who promises lies to me. I am only requesting for a replacement for our modem but it seems that this is so hard on your part.
