    Gosurf we're now shifting you to slower browsing speed until the end of the month

      have anyone receive this message lately? seems like Gosurf is start putting cap limit.

      i have a Gosurf plan 999 i always add extra 500php for anti bill shock yet ive been throttled for 3 weeks now
