Hi Bryan! Here are the usual suspects on why you can't use your Virtual Pay properly:
1) Incorrect details. Wrong card number, US address, CVC code, name.
2) Insufficient funds.
3) If you're a Postpaid subscriber: Maxing out your "PHP 500 Charge to Bill" feature last month and not having any suffiicient balance on your GCash account this month and the succeeding months thereafter. This would also lock your iTunes apps from updating if you're using an iOS device.
4) Not KYC'd yet. You'll hit a PHP 5,000 ceiling cap if you don't undergo KYC while using Virtual Pay.
5) Google Play payments. See Fix payment issues on your account - Android - Google Play Help for more info.
Hope you can review your account for the meantime for the items given above. However, if your account has been working perfectly fine until recently, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org so they can take a look at your account.
What if i get this error message "there was a problem authorizing your card. Contact your bank"? Who do we contact then?
