    Globe telecom billing problem

      Hello mam or sir, please help me verify my account in globe telecom billing, because when I try to purchase some gem from a game in google play store I always get an error in my account that cannot be verified, please help me solve it, thanks!.

          Kindly check your internet connection. You may also retry DCB registration again if SMS authentication fails. If you still encountered the error message, please contact (02)730-1000.

              I sorry sir, but my connection is bayandsl and it is stable connection so I dont have a problem in the connection. I also tried to register again in dcb but still can't verify my account plus I also tried to call the number you mention but is it for activating my sim? Don't know what to do there, but I chose to re-activate my sim but still same problem can't verify my account. I think maybe I got my new sim just a month ago, so maybe that's why my sim still can't purchase using dcb, please I need a clearer answer for this problem. Thanks!
