* Around 1:30 am of may 31, 2016 I appliedfor GOSAKTO, but the request was not processed
*but my load was deducted from 432.85 to 102.85. so i assumed that the GOSAKTO Application didn't have a confirmation even though the request was processed.
*When I used the data or call, I am still charged through my remaining balance
