    how to edit my info on my direct billing account


      Hello maam/sir, when i purchased gems in a game i used my old sim card, and now i purchased a new lte sim, i cannot purchase any more.. "verification failed" always appear when i try to buy using my globe direct billing.. I also noticed that my phone always attempt to send a code in 2147 but it always fail to send.. Pls help is it because of my new sim.. If that's the case can i edit my direct billing info?
