    sim replacement can not be done for the past 3 months, is this true?


      I have been to Globe Office in Gensan to request for SIM replacement retaining same number today but I was told that it has been 3 months already that Globe is encountering error on SIM replacements. Is this true? Or is it only in Gensan? Can anyone out there who lives outside gensan confirm this?? Thank you
