      Hello,

       

      Sana may makatulog, or sana may taga globe ditto.

      May 26, ngreport ako paymet made last april 15 ay di pa napopost ng globe. MAY Statement ko kasi me ngrereflect na overdue plus late payment fee. check ko ung history and found out ung april 15 ang di napopost.. so CS gave me UPP16040001833.

      May 27, nagfollow up ako dun sa email na nareceived ko then sinabi saken na closed na daw ung issue ko kz twala daw sila nareceived na proof of payment. mismong oras na un, nagsend na agad ako.. in pdf file. at eto ung nagging case ko UPP16050004242 and QBP16050013281.So everytime mgchachat ako sa CS, yan binibigay ko reference.. dami ko nakausap.. siguro more than 10 na. sinasabi lang nila open pa ung case, sinasabi nila iescalate nila ung issue ko.. pero diba nakakafrustrate na paulit ulit na lang ganun sinasabi nila?

      Ngayon umaga nagchat ulit ako, ARLENE MAESTRE nakausap ko.. sabi nga posted na daw. natuwa ako. tas ang niraised ko e ung late payment fee.. tas bigla nawalan ako ngconnection. nawala na ung chat namin. then ngchat ulit ako, ibang CS na. Si KRAMER. sv nya di pa daw posted payment ko. diba? ano ba to, may mag customer service pala na sinungaling tulad ni ARLENE MAESTRE. sayang e. nawala ung connection.. di ko naretrieved ung conversation namin.

       

      to Globe Customer service na mapapagkatiwalaan at ginagawa ang pagfollow up. Tulungan nyo namn ako.

      Gusto ko kasi mapost muna yang April 15 na yan bago ako magbayad ng current ko.

      Sana lang may makatulong saken. for almost 5 years using Globe broadband, sana namn may consideration kayo.

          Your concern is account realated. Globe Employees only refer to what they see in the system, I aplogize for the inconsistency. However, we cannot do anything here for you because Globe Community is designed for non-account related concern.

           

          I prefer going to a Globe Store and ask them for everything! Make sure you print out and show any document you need for their assistance.
