      Globe Please help me understand my situation.

       

      Problem: maraming nagtetext sa number ko tulad ng

      1. pakibalik ang load nagkamali ng load

      2. credit card referral

      3. home services

      4. other housing loans

      5. credit loans

       

      wala akong ginawa sa number dahil kakadeliver lng ng globe course ang device (postpaid mobile WiFi 4G)

       

      WALA AKONG

      1. pinagbigyan ng number

      2. nagsubscribe gamit any number

      3. tinext ang do ka kilala

      4. sinulat kung saan saan ang number

       

      WALANG NAKAKA ALAM NG NUMBER KUNGDI GLOBE COMPANY AT AKO

      (FEELING DISSAPOINTED)

       

      I CAN RAISE THIS TO PUBLIC MEDIA IF THIS KIND OF SITUATION WON'T STOP.

      SO THEN HELP ME UNDERSTAND WHY.

       

      How can we use our number for banking purposes kung ganito palang eh SABLAY NA.

          Globe maybe reused one of their old numbers to your postpaid mobile.

           

          If you are recieving from just one or two persons, Globe prefers blocking the number instead. But if you are recieving texts from numerous persons, you may request for a change of number via a Globe Store and Hotline provided that you have the proofs about too many spams.

           

          Also, we prefer you send samples to globe to prevent this in the future. Please visit globe.com.ph/stopspam
