I have been exchanging emails, chats and spoke to a rep today about my HOOQ access. I've signed up for the 1299 globe broadband plan last April 18, and until today I have not received my HOOQ activation code.
The reps I've spoked with kept telling me to wait for 24 hours and it's been 8 days since my last contact with them.
They sent me a text with a temp password which DOES NOT work because my email address is not recognized. I tried to sign up today but can NOT proceed because the code is missing/they have not provided me with any thing.
