    When will they do what they've told me?


      So in June 8, I made a request to an agent and she told me that I'll be receiving a text after the call, but it didn't happen. Now yesterday, I tried to follow up my request, then the agent told me that I'll receive an e-mail after the call. It still didn't happen. Should I still wait? Is that how their service works? Or should I storm to their headquarters?


      My request is an activation of a promo, which is a free upgrade for my broadband.
