    Why can't I view or download my official receipts?

      I think this concern has already reported before but still no action has been taken. I have added my LTE account but I can't view the payment history, it is empty. And I'm on 8th payment. Unlike my mobile account, I got a list - a copy of every official receipts. Like what I have read, this might really a system glitch.
