Keep following it up. If they will not give you any replacement, demand for rebates for the months you did not use your plan.
sad to say that your handset till now is not been replaced. to be honest, yes supposedly it takes only 1month for the replacement handset but it depends on the allocation of the store & the availability of the handset to be replaced. Just in case you will ask for rebate on that concern, they will need to validate if there was a case created for the repaired/damage handset.
Basically to avail for a replacement unit you should be within the 7-day policy. If you return the unit within that time frame you should have gotten a replacement already. However, if you are out of the 7-day policy then the phone warranty will be cover for the repair if found to be defective.
