          we have the same problem with my other SIM ( Blocked Sim ).The solution I think is to go to the Globe Store and reactivate the SIM . My other TM SIM always have no signal and I discovered that the cause of this problem is my cellphone ( Use a different Phone ).

            SIMs that are not active for 180 after the last load expiration date will be blocked PERMANENTLY. There is no way to reactivate it so I would advise you to buy another SIM pack again.
