      How can I check my balance?


      I already pay my bill. But globe called me telling me that I didnt pay the bill.

          rhadzarab I also experience this. Balance updating is usually delayed. The best way to check is to call the hotline and verify with a CSR. An alternative (yet may more time because of the volume of people) is to visit a Globe Store and check with Payment Services.
