      PLEASE HELP ME. I have roaming and it's deactivated.my sister from Philippines bought load for me and I didn't received it yet until now like 3days from the time  she bought the load.and I don't know what to do because Everytime i try to call the hotline there's a message appeared in my screen "not registered on network".can you suggest what im gonna do?
