I recently got an LTE mobile wifi (postpaid), however, I'm unable to connect to the VPN I use for work. This makes the device (and the subscription) useless, unless there's a way to connect to our company VPN?
I deeply apologize for that. Please try checking if you can access other VPN with the same technology with your pocket wifi. This is to mitigate the issue that your Work VPN is not accepting mobile/roaming internet connections.
If you had done that, would you please share the error prompt or error code that show up?
