When I tried buying from finishline.com, I got an error that they don't accept non-US paypal accounts. But I received a notification from Gcash that they've deducted money already. I talked to their customer support and was told that they already submitted a refund request.
When I checked with PayPal, they asked me to contact Globe. I tried calling 2882 but was unable to get a rep. I also tried Globe Live Chat, but they said they don't cater to Gcash concerns.
I just lost 13.8k from my Gcash Mastercard. I'm getting the runaround from finishline.com and PayPal. Here's hoping to get assistance from Globe.
