Can you elaborate your concern, if you need to reset your network settings you need to this on your phone not with your sim card. Also, check your data settings specially the APN make sure it is set to http.globe.com.ph
So you're a prepaid user.
Go to your settings and follow this Instruction.
1. Tap more Networks
2. find mobile networks ad tap it
3. enable your data access
4. you may scroll and find Access Point Name (APN)
5. Ensure that your APN is correct
This is the correct APN for Globe Prepaid
MyGlobe INET : http.globe.com.ph
if you don`t see the correct APN you must modify it or add a new APN then put the correct one.
then make sure you enable the correct APN. you may disregard all of the other fill-up from like.
proxy or etc.
6. restart your mobile.
7. try to access common sites like facebook and check if the connection is already moderate..
