    recurring charges


      hi! ever since i changed my plan i noticed that my monthly recurring charges still reflects my old plan. i have already reported this for the past 4mos but same problem persist. now i have to call globe EVERTIME i receive my bill TO MAKE THE NECESSARY ADJUSTMENTS prior to payment! good thing i kept the names of the CS and the bunch of reference numbers they gave me. is there anyway this could be corrected? i always pay my due on time and this is what i get?!!
