I also experienced the same thing. I can't add new account..however after several attempts gumana din kaso after the verification process di pa rin lumalabas new acct. Have tried 3x..it says acct activated pero after refreshing the browser..no new acct in the list. Buggy website..kakainis..its wasting our time. Kahit reward redemption d gumagana.parati cant process request at the moment.
