Why is it soooooooooooo difficult to renew one's postpaid plan with Globe? I am renewing my plan again, and am once more being directed to call the hotline. I did that before and wasted one full day, aggravation and a long distance phone bill of more than P1,600. All that just to renew a plan. In fact after all that aggravation and long distance phone bill, nothing came out of it and I had to resort to visiting the the mall Globe Center again. GLOBE, why is that so? Do you not want our accounts?
