      Hello,

       

      I'm just wondering why in Gservice app my data is only 5GB, but upon my application to this plan, the sales agent told me that it was 10GB Data, he even cross the data flyer with pen and write 10gb on it. I just want to know the truth of my data, because it's confusing. If it's really 10GB, why on this app reading my data only 5GB? Are you playing a joke?

              I got the 1099 plan with 20GB /month allotment, my question is what happen if I finish all 20 GB before my next billing cycle, will I get charge extra? Pls reply asap. Ty

                  Based from your plan's description, I assume that you are subscribed to a Broadband Plan not mobile plan.

                  You will still be able to use your internet connection with no additional charges but at 30% of your subscribed plan speed or down to 64kbps.

                  You might want to consider Volume Boost Add-on if the volume allowance is not enough. Call (02) 730-1000 for more information.
