I received the device last monday, June 27, 2016. I availed of the My Lifestyle Plan 599. I used the "Check Line activation Status", and hoped that within 24 hours, someone will be able to enlighten me on this matter. But, up until now, SIM is not yet activated, and not a single reply from Globe. I'm a new Postpaid Subscriber, and I don't have a Globe sim, so I can't call their hotline.
Hi, if you have friend using globe prepaid number just dial 211 or you may call landline hotline (02) 730-1000 operating hour /prepaid: 8am-10pm, for postpaid hotline is open 24hrs. so they can check your account and for your sim activation. either ways, you may visit nearest globe store too.
