Sir I've already tried this method. But this actually didn't help me. I already talk to the agent in 'talk2globe'By the way I have my PUK retrieving number in the back of my Sim bed card it is 41530959 and 12016032 please can you help me to figure this out?

Hi,
You have to insert your sim into a phone unit, once opened, you will be prompted to input those PUK codes.
You may also visit the nearest Globe Store for further assistance. Thanks
