I would like to ask how to check the status of my application.
I have received a confirmation via email with reference number and order number. However, when I tried to use the track selection on globe website it doesn't give any answer.
I also tried calling customer service 730 1000 but they always transferred me to their sales team. When I was routed to their sales team, they always says that they don't have ANY ACCESS to check the information. I am getting upset because they where trying to bring me back and forth for the nth time.
If there's no way I can check the status of this application, is there anyway I can cancel it?
