      I have an issue about my billing on globe, regarding my plan 1799. an agent called me if I am interested to downgrade my plan to 1599 to lessen my monthly billing. In exchange to that I am no longer has unlimited text to all network and my plan will be change to 30-month instead of 24 mnths. then suddenly a billing comes to my  email amounting to 25k. I called right away the customer service of globe to raise my concern, and he says that amount is because I downgrade my plan.any help!
