    Unexplained charges - Contract renewal


      I called CS few days ago, I was shocked that my bill went high as I didn't expect. The bill states that I have 2 Plan 1799 for just a month, I was charged twice. I renewed just my contract, they say that the other 1799 is bound or something.



      Kindly someone explain this, This is unfair, my previous plan was 999, the guy from recontacting department didn't discuss all charges including termination fee.
