I have an existing account on HOOQ (it was a 7 day free tiral) I had my postpaid plan upgraded and I have a 3 month free use of Spotify and HOOQ. I don have any problems with my Spotify since I was already using it way before I had my plan upgraded. I'm having trouble with HOOQ since it won't offer in-app purchases. I tried the *143# and I subscribed on HOOQ but when I opened my app, still nothing. I couldn't even find the option for a paid subscription on HOOQ and I also didn't receive an activation code. HELP.
first you need to txt HOOQ RESEND and send it to 8888 wait for the activation code and if you haven't received anything within 24 hours you need to call 211 or (02) 730 - 1000 for further assistance for your activation code and once your'e done just log in to hooq and select mode of payment after that enter the activation code taht you received and you can now enjoy your 3 months hooq service.
