Last July 1, I received a notification from an installed app called "Security" that I already used all my limit which is not true. I rarely used it cause I have wifi at home and I dont use it much when I go out. I set there my monthly limit and notify me when I reached all my monthly limit. I have 200 mb monthly allowance. And now I dont understand why I cant use it anymore. Looks like its not reseting. I already called the "Customer Service", but no one helped me. I even visited globe center. This is my first time I encounter this issue, for how many months my monthly allowance "always" resets, but now is not.
