So my Downstream Speed is now 850k instead of around 8500k. My plan is the 7Mbps one. Not sure about my Upstream but pretty sure it's shouldn't really be too low too.
Any ideas why this happened? I tried asking the chat team but I guess they don't know how to fix it and made an onsite visit schedule for me.
I haven't used all my data yet. As far as I know, 850kbps is too low for my plan.
