Better call their hotline. I also experienced the same scenario, I was upgraded to 15 mbps then after a day the speed went down to 3 mbps. I immediately called Globe to raise this issue, they issued me a job order. The following day my speed bumps again to 15 mbps, but the odd thing is that it's been a week the Globe repair men never went to our house. I haven't reach Globe yet why the repair men never came to our house since my issue is been resolved.
