I received an SMS from Globe that I have a 30-day free Spotify Premium access. It'll expire tomorrow and I wish to cancel it before it automatically renews to the paid version.

I followed the instruction on how to cancel it by sending the specified keyword: FREE SPOTIFY PREMIUM STOP to 8888. I didnt receive any response/confirmation. I checked my Spotify account and it still says I have premium.

I reached out to your Facebook fanpage and was assisted by two people. They provided me different keywords to try but none of them work.

Just so you know, I dont have access to a desktop pc nor do I have a twitter account. I'm looking to settle this without having to call your customer service hotline.

Please advise. Thank you.
