    Why have globe shut down the wimax service in my area (Tandang Sora) without any proper notice and before they are ready to migrate users to LTE?

      Why have globe shut down the wimax service in my area (Tandang Sora) without any proper notice and before they are ready to migrate users to LTE?  I have been without internet and landline now for ten days, while I get a different story from Globe CSR everyday on whether they can migrate my service or not and multiple failed promises to contact me.  It seems that the technical people and the CSR really don't talk to one another!  Meantime I am left with a dead wimax modem and a landline that does not work.  Any advice?
