          No Signal When Roaming

           

           

          Did you request to have your roaming activated before you left the country?

            

           

           

          Is your phone on Flight/Airplane mode? You can check it by going to your phone's settings.

            

           

           

          We suggest you perform hard reset: turn off your mobile phone then remove the SIM and battery (if applicable) for 30 seconds, and then put them back in. Turn it on to refresh its network connections.

          Do you have signal now?

            

           

           

          Try selecting a roaming operator manually. To do that, go to your phone's Menu then select Settings > Network Selection > Choose a roaming partner.

          If you're currently subscribed to a roaming promo, remember to choose the corresponding operator of that promo.
