          Call the hotline using your Globe mobile just dial 211 or via landline at 730-1000 then report your concern. have them check your account and mobile data subscription.

            yung nrcv po ninyo na text is unbilled charges of the account. yes, exceeded na po kasi yung allocated data mg account.. yes. tumatakbo ma yumg bill shock nyo nyan. ntsek nyo na ba yung unbilled nyo for data kung magkano? kapag lumagpas na ng 1500, may bill shock na kau..

            ex:

            yung monthly PLAN mo less mo yung 499 para sa data. yung remaining un lang yung dapat on top pra sa data.
