I have the same problem with you earlier this year. I ended contacting NTC, then NTC set a meeting with me and Globe. And closed the issue by Globe giving me options regarding my internet problem.
Option given to me are:
Migration to DSL (w/c not possible)
Migration to MyFy divice or USB broadban
Termination of account for free w/ reversal of charges since the problem started.
I ended terminating my account. Lol.
