    request for reconnection


      I've already paid my overdue balance (aug 3/16).and already call 211 for the reconnection of my plan I call a self-service and give a transaction reference/OR. Ive waited for 4 hours, and tried it myself and

      the globe advisory said that  "your account is now reconnected" but every time i call or text. It's said that my account temporary disconnected due to credit or overdue balance.  Pls help me. ASAP i have a research and other projects that i need to finish.
