do you call the hotline & provide the case number? or you can also call 211 then provide your FULLNAME to validate if there was an account under your name & to make a follow-up report for the applied line.
Good day! Sorry to hear that ur application is still in verification status. It is really needed for your HR compensation team to validate your employment statuS. Even if you submit COE with compensation breakdown, that would not suffice. Globe would still need to validate ur employment status. Hope this help!
